3. Support, timed
Peak's support is run by a small named team, and the "never a bot" line on its site held up. We sent a detailed question and got a clear reply in about four hours. Support covers side effects, dose timing, and hunger, and hands clinical questions to the prescribing clinician. Six emails track a typical order: placed, provider decision, prescription filled, shipped with an arrival estimate, out for delivery, delivered.

Every prescription comes from a licensed clinician who reads your history. The prescribing clinician's name appears in your patient portal.

The base form used in the clinical research, not the cheaper sodium-salt version some compounders substitute, and not gray-market "research peptides." Compounded with glycine and vitamin B12 (500mcg/mL), exactly as it reads on the vial label and the lab certificate below. Nothing in it that is not on the paperwork.

Members get a one-on-one health coach and a weekly group coaching call, plus the slides afterward. The sessions are practical rather than motivational: which side effects are normal, which are not, what to eat in the first weeks, what to call about right away. Our earlier review listed "no structured lifestyle coaching" as a con. That is out of date, and it moved our score.
About seven days before each refill you get a short check-in about side effects and how the medication is working. A person on the care team reads it before the provider approves the next shipment, and you get a message back, not just a charge. Peak told us the check-in is required before every refill.

Dose increases do not change your plan price: the month-to-month or plan rate you choose is the rate at 2.5mg and at 10mg. Introductory pricing applies to the first month only; the month-to-month or plan rate applies after that. Medication, provider oversight, injection supplies, and next-day shipping are all in that price. No membership fee. HSA and FSA eligible.
Plan terms. On a monthly plan, cancel any time before the next renewal and you are not billed again. Three- and six-month plans are billed up front. Because these are prescription products, orders that have already been filled are not returnable or refundable, per Peak's refund policy. Your card is pre-authorized at checkout and charged only after a physician approves you.
When the included care is worth paying for
Peak is not the cheapest. Vial-only services advertise $89 to $130 a month, and if you know your dose, want the vial, and will handle the rest yourself, that lane is on our comparison page and we link to it. Peak's price buys five things those services do not include:
A person before the next charge. Your monthly check-in is read by the care team and the provider before a refill ships.
Coaching when the plateau comes. The weekly call and your coach are included, not an add-on.
A price that does not move with your dose. Most providers advertise a starter-dose price and raise it at 5mg and above.
Help when you reach your goal. Maintenance is planned with your coach and clinician, whether that means tapering or staying on a lower dose, instead of a subscription that simply ends.
People on the same road. The weekly group call and the patient community are for anyone who would rather not do this alone.
Worth it if you have quit a plan before because nobody answered, the price jumped, or the box was late; if you want a plan for what happens after the goal; or if you want other people around you who are going through it too.
Who it is for
Switchers whose last provider raised the price at every dose, first-timers who want a person checking in during the hard weeks, people who want a plan for after the goal, and anyone who would rather not do this alone. Our verdict
Peak is worth considering if you want help getting started, ongoing coaching, and a responsive support team throughout treatment. In our test, the clearest strengths were the communication, the onboarding resources, and how straightforward it was to get questions answered.
It costs more than some alternatives. Whether that difference is worthwhile depends on the support you want around your medication.

Does the price go up with my dose?
No. Your plan rate is the same at every dose. The first-month introductory price expires after month one; the month-to-month or plan rate applies from then on, and it does not change when your dose does.
Can I switch from another provider and keep my dose?
Yes, when the prescribing clinician agrees it is appropriate. Tell them your current dose at intake.
Can I cancel?
On a monthly plan, yes, any time before the next renewal, with no contract or cancellation fee. Our test cancellation was confirmed by a person in four minutes. Prepaid three- and six-month plans are billed up front, and filled orders are not refundable under Peak's refund policy, so cancelling stops future renewals rather than reversing a purchase.
Will someone answer at night?
Support is staffed seven days a week and reviewers report replies within hours. One customer emailed at 1 a.m. on a Saturday and had a reply that morning. Treat that as a fast turnaround, not a promise of overnight replies.
